Returns & Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final sale.

However, if something arrives broken or damaged, I will do my best to make it right and find a solution. What I make is important, and my customers are equally important. I will work with you to determine what the best solution is, so please reach out ASAP if something arrives broken or damaged.

Cancellations

You can request a cancellation or refund: before item has shipped. Once the item is shipped, we cannot offer a refund.

Shipping Policies

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You should receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping prices are included with the price of the item. 

International Shipping

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Costs are determined by your location and the weight and dimensions of the packages. 

***Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.***

Checking the status of an order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email jensentacie@gmail.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you. Some delays are expected due to labor shortages, the holidays and COVID.
